SI Play Help

How to Login 

***PLEASE NOTE*** there are certain roles in the organization that have elevated privileges to make changes please contact your commissioner if there are questions.  

In order to login to the SI Play Mobile App, you must have a Sports Illustrated Play or LeagueAthletics.com account.

League Administrators cannot login to the SI Play Mobile App unless they are assigned to a team as a volunteer. 

1. Enter email and password associated with your website account.
2. Tap on team(s) or player(s) you do NOT wish to follow.
3. Tap NEXT.
4. Tap Yes, I want notifications.
5. Tap Select Teammates to invite teammates to use app.
6. Tap on teammates you don't want to invite.
7. Tap Send Invites
8. NOTE:  If you forgot your password, tap Forgot your password? on the login screen.  A temporary password will be emailed to you.

The below information will be updated under the more option at the bottom right of the mobile app under self help. HIGHLIGHTED In RED

How to Edit Contact Information [League Athletics Accounts] – Reston Raiders

NOTE: You must log into your League Athletics Account on the web to change your contact information in the app.

1. Log in to your account via your league's website.
2. On the upper right-hand corner of your screen, click My Account.
3. Click on the name of the person that you need to update.
4. Edit the information that you would like to change.
5. Click Submit.

How to Edit Your Account/Contact Information [Sports Illustrated Play Accounts]

NOTE: You must log into your Sports Illustrated Play Account on the web to change your contact information in the app.

1. Login to your Sports Illustrated Play account. https://login.siplay.com
2. Under Account Options, click Account Settings.
3. To edit account information:
4. Under Account Information, click Edit.
5. Change the information that needs to be edited.
6. Click Save.
7. To edit contact information:
8. Under Adults, click on the name of the person you'd like to edit.
9. Under Adult Options, click Edit.
10. Change the information that needs to be edited.

Subscribe to Calendar

Subscribe to iCal [iOS]

NOTE: Please note that only iOS is able to subscribe through the app.

1. Tap More.
2. Tap Team Calendars.
3. To the right of each team you'd like to add, tap Subscribe. 
4. Tap Subscribe to confirm.
5. Tap View Events, or Done.

How to Mark Your Player's Attendance

The easy way:

1. Navigate to the Feed.
2. Scroll through your notifications.
3. Find your game/practices, tap Attending. 
4. The other way:
   • Tap My Teams.
   • Tap your Favorite Team.
   • Tap Schedule.
   • Scroll to the Event.
   • Tap the player/volunteer image of the person attending.

How to Remove a Team/Player

iOS Users

1. Tap My Teams at bottom of screen.
2. Left or right swipe on team or player you want to delete.
3. Tap OK.

Android Users

4. Tap My Teams at the bottom of the screen.
5. Select the + in the bottom right corner of the screen. 
6. Uncheck the team(s) or player(s) you would like to stop following.
7. Once complete, select Done in the top right corner of the screen.
    

How to Add Player Photos [Android]

NOTE: Player Photos are uploaded to an album which is attached to each individual player. It is viewed by tapping the player's card on the Roster. This feature may be disabled for your team.

1. Tap My Teams.
2. Tap your Favorite Player.
3. Tap on their Player Card.
4. To the right of Recent Photos,tap View All.
5. Tap All Photos or Create Album.
6. If creating the album, name the album, Save, then tap on the Empty Album.
7. Tap the + icon.
8. Choose the images you would like to upload.
9. Tap Done.

How to Add Player Photos [iOS]

NOTE: Player Photos are uploaded to an album, which is attached to each individual player. It is viewed by tapping the player's card on the Roster. This feature may be disabled for your team.

1. Tap My Teams.
2. Tap your Favorite Player.
3. Tap on their Player Card.
4. To the right of Recent Photos, tap View All.
5. Tap the + icon, then the Camera icon.
6. Choose the photos from your library.
7. Tap Done.

How to Delete Photo Albums

NOTE: Deleting an album will not delete the images uploaded to the album.

To delete a photo album:

1. Go from My Teams > Tap Team Name.
2. Tap Photos.
3. Tap the album you wish to delete.
4. At the top right, tap the three dots. 
5. On an Android, the dots are vertical.
6. On an iOS device, the dots are horizontal.
7. Tap Delete Album.
8. Tap Delete.

How to Create a Photo Album for a Team [iOS]

1. Tap My Teams.
2. Choose your Favorite Team.
3. Tap Photos.
4. On the lower right, tap the + icon, then the Folder Icon.
5. Enter the caption for the new album.
6. Click OK.

How to Create a Photo Album for a Team [Android]

1. Tap My Teams.
2. Choose your Favorite Team.
3. Tap Photos.
4. Scroll to the last album.
5. Tap Create Album.
6. Enter the caption for the new album.
7. Tap Save.

How to Add Photos to a Favorite Team's Album [Android]

1. Tap My Teams.
2. Choose your Favorite Team.
3. Tap Photos.
4. Tap the Album you'd like to add the photo to.
5. Tap the + icon. 
6. Choose the photo(s) you'd like to upload, or tap the video camera/camera. 
7. Tap Done or the Checkmark to upload to the album.

How to Add Photos to a Favorite Team's Album [iOS]

1. Tap My Teams.
2. Choose your Favorite Team.
3. Tap Photos.
4. Tap the Album you would like to add the photo to.
5. Tap the + icon, then the Camera icon.
6. Take the photos or tap Library and choose the photos you would like to upload.
7. Tap Done.

How to Add a Profile Image [iOS]

1. Tap My Teams.
2. Tap your Favorite Player.
3. Tap their Player Card.
4. Tap the Camera Icon.
5. Choose a photo from the library, or take one using the Camera.
6. Tap Choose or Use Photo.

How to Add a Profile Image [Android]

1. Tap My Teams.
2. Tap your Favorite Player.
3. Tap their Player Card.
4. Tap the Pencil Icon.
5. Upload Photo from Cameraor From Gallery, tap Choose.
6. If Camera-- Take your photo, then tap the Checkmark to upload.
7. If from Gallery- Tap the photo you'd like to upload.
    

Troubleshooting 

Why Can't I See My Favorite Teams?

If you cannot see your team/teams roster on the web, you will not be able to see it in the app.

Reasons why you cannot see your team:

• Your team has not yet been Activated.
• The Roster is not being shared publically. 
• The season has ended.

You can check with your league registrar to see if these cases apply to your team.

NOTE: If you have accounts in both League Athletics and Sports Illustrated Play, and you can see your teams for one account and not the other, please contact support so that we can link your account.

Error: Cannot Create Account when subscribing to iCal

If, when trying to subscribe to your Teams Calendar, you receive an error that states you cannot create an account because an identical subscribed calendar already exists, you must delete the old subscribed calendar.

On your iOS Device:

1. Go to your Settings.
2. Tap Mail, Contacts, and Calendars.
3. Tap Subscribed Calendars.
4. Tap the Calendar you wish to unsubscribe.
5. Tap Delete Account.

How to Add an Event [Android]

NOTE:  If you are a volunteer and do not see the options listed below, please reach out to an administrator within your organization to ensure that you have the proper privileges. 

1. Tap My Teams. 
2. Tap your Favorite Team.
3. Tap Schedule.
4. In the bottom right corner, tap the "+" to create a new event.
5. Fill out the form.
6. In the top right corner, tap Save.
